When we created The Relationship LLC Concept way back in 1996, it never occurred to us that, all these years later, America would still be side-tracked by The Gay Marriage Issue. Back in 1996, we assumed that, ten years on, that the workplace would have been transformed by outsourcing and Posse LLCs as worker cooperatives. CLICK HERE for Michael Moore's youtube clip on Worker Cooperatives. Getting Corporate America to accept outsourcing was the first step. The next step is for people to create Posse LLCs (i.e. worker cooperatives) and competitively bid on outsourcing contracts. Back in the Day, Saturday Night Live had a skit in which a snooty character declared that the entire city of New York was going Co-Op. It tells you something about the mentality in New York City that that town have turned Co-Op into something designed to keep the poor and the Non-White out |

To truly understand racism in America, you have to step into the offices of one of the Major New York Law Firms. If Corporate America actually walked into the offices of these Hot Shot Employment Lawyers advising Corporate America on employment issues, No Corporation in America would be listening to Employment Lawyers. For example, the Supervisors of Word Processing Centers at New York Law Firms are all "so alike" that it looks like there is a factory on Long Island manufacturing Jamaican Women Robots to work as Supervisors of Word Processing Centers for New York Law Firms. There is an entire Industry in New York City that revolves around keeping American Born Black Males out of the workplace. And, You don't have more than 50% of work age Black Males unemployed and an all White Fire Department in New York City without the Courts in New York City being SUSPECT. Why Have Employees At All? Instead of creating an entire Industry around keeping Blacks out of the Workplace and engaging in a years long agenda to pack the US Supreme Court with Justices intent on destroying Federal Civil Rights Law, why don't you (Corporate America) just not have any employees at all? There is not only no reason WHY Corporate America should have employees, but, we submit to you that there is a basic and fundamental conflict of interest between maximizing profit for shareholders and the best interests of workers |
