There was a gossip item in the newspaper about a wealthy female television personality who bought an expensive condo in New York City with a llc named Sophia, LLC. Sophia was one of the woman's dogs
It has been established that LLCs ARE being used to buy real estate. The LLC will most likely have to PAY CASH for the real estate however, because a bank is not likely to risk granting a mortgage to a limited liability company.
