Estate Planners Guide
One of the problems I have (no jokes please) is that there are many books on small businesses and there are many books on family run businesses but there are few books on the Family As A Business.
There is an industry designed to service high income wage earners with something called the family limited partnership. This industry is in the process of updating itself to include the limited liability company.
The Estate Planners Guide is the closest thing I have found so far to present the concept of the family as a business and include a reference to the limited liability company as well as the limited partnership. |
