You have to wonder why anyone in any investment bank would continue to put up with the shit associated with actually getting something typed.

First there are all of these levels and levels of management, forms, procedures, regulation fonts, legal templates, and all kinds of shit that have nothing what so ever to do with getting company A interested in buying Company B.

I actually know of one instance in which a bank's client hated the presentation format that the bank probably spent thousands to create and train people in.

And when you see some banker run into the WP Center trying to get something out and there is some idiot demanding that the proper request forms be completed first, you have to wonder what business these people are in. But the fact that a lot of banks hate their WP Centers is why outsourcing may be the next big thing for WP Centers.
