That special lawsuit just so happens to land on the desk of A Gay Federal Judge eager to Front The Great Gay Civil Rights Trial of The Century.
Exactly how many Gay Federal Judges are there in America? And, what are the odds that The Great Gay Marriage Federal Lawsuit would just so happen to land on the desk of, from what we can tell, the only Gay Federal Judge in America?
What makes Federal Judge Vaughn Walker an idiot is that he seems to actually be under the mistaken impression that there is not going to be a federal investigation into how The David Geffen Backed Gay Marriage Lawsuit landed on his docket.
No matter how Idiot Vaugh Walker rules on the challenge to Proposition 8, there is, without question, going to be an investigation into how The David Geffen Backed Lawsuit (fronted by Recruited Gay Plaintiffs) just so happened to land on Vaughn Walker's docket, a Judge who started pulling strings to get the trial televised as soon as he got The Great Gay Marriage Ball.
Keep in mind that Federal Judge Vaughn Walker ordered a trial on The Gay Marriage Challenge to Voter approved Proposition 8 when The US Supreme Court has already rejected an appeal arguing that Gays have a constitutional right to marry.
