There is already a lot of ritual and ceremony associated with conventional marriage, so we have decided to devise ritual and ceremony for Relationship LLCs.
Once you meet someone(s) with sufficient assets and profit generating potential to warrant your interest, the first step to formal RLLC formation is Engagement via the Relationship LLC Domestic Partners Program (tm) (unless of course you want to proceed directly with formal LLC formation). The Relationship LLC Domestic Partners Program is a program whereby you perform all of the steps required to create a LLC under your state's LLC law, except for the final step of filing formation papers with the state. Relationship, L.L.C. will recognize your relationship as an LLC, your relationship join Relationship LLC's Synetergy Network (an affiliate program for people who do not want to manage their own Synetergistic web sites).
Each party should retain a representative (the representative may be a friend, not necessarily an attorney).
The Man’s representative advises the Woman's representative of the Man's desire to formally file the LLC formation papers with the state.
The Woman has 10 days to respond with a yes or no. If the Woman agrees with formally filing the LLC papers with the state, she should instruct her representative to inform the man's representative that she concurs with filing formation papers with the state.
The Man should then organize a gathering of all of his friends, relatives and acquaintances and the Woman's friends, relatives and acquaintances. At this meeting the man's friends can present evidence why the Woman is a bad choice for partnering, and the Woman's friends can present evidence on why the man is a bad choice for partnering.
If the Man and Woman still elects to formally file with the state after hearing all the arguments, the Representatives then declare before everyone that the Man and Woman are joined together in a Relationship LLC and ensure that the formation papers are filed with the state. Everyone is then expected to smile and pretend to like the idea of the man and woman joining together in Relationship LLC. A party should then result.
After the formation papers are filed with the state, an ad may be placed in a local newspaper advising the public of the formation of the LLC or a press release may be posted on one of our messageboards.
