Sept. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Margaret Hamburg, commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration, talks with Bloomberg's Melissa Long and Michael Waldholz about the FDA's decision to restrict the use of GlaxoSmithKline Plc's Avandia.
