Sept. 24 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Representative Sander Levin, a Michigan
Democrat, dicusses legislation that would authorize trade sanctions
against China if the nation's currency remains undervalued. Levin,
speaking from Washington with Betty Liu on Bloomberg Television's
"In the Loop," says he expects President Barack Obama will support
