Oct. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Marc Rotenberg, executive director of the Electronic Privacy Information Center, talks about issues related to privacy settings on Facebook Inc.'s website. Facebook's top 10 applications have been have been transmitting data that can be utilized to identify users to advertising and Internet-tracking firms, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing its own investigation.
