Video: Hands Falls Out With Citigroup Banker Over EMI Purchase

Oct. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Poppy Trowbridge reports on the claim by Guy Hands that he was tricked into overpaying for EMI Group Ltd. in 2007 by a Citigroup Inc. banker. Hands, chairman of Terra Firma Capital Partners Ltd., is going to try to prove in a trial beginning today in federal court in Manhattan that Citigroup’s David Wormsley lied to him when he said that Cerberus Capital Management LP planned to submit a competing bid for EMI.
