Candidiasis is defined as a "systemic yeast infection" with the fungus Candida Albicans. " The 'signs and symptoms' are: Food allergies, hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), constipation and digestive disturbances, bloating, flatulence, diarrhea, insomnia, night sweats, severe itching, excessive sex drive, loss of libido, persistent cough, excessive mucus, clogged sinuses, skin rash, athlete's foot, vaginal and anal itching, jock itch, Premenstrual Syndrome (PM), sore, burning tongue, white spots on tongue and in mouth, extreme fatigue, mental depression, flaky or peeling skin, and a general malaise.", Scott J. While our immune systems normally kill excess candida albicans (yeast), the wrong foods and or the wrong habits can result in the multiplication of yeast to the point where it can cause the conditions listed above. Candidiasis can be caused by:

• Drugs, legal and illegal, which destroy the intestinal flora and weaken the immune system.
• A diet high in sugar
• Consumption of foods high in yeast (breads, cakes, cookies, pizza,
• Undigested lactose (the sugar in milk) can serve as a breeding ground for yeast and other bacteria in people who have a lactose intolerance (reportedly 60% of the black population have a lactose intolerance).
• Consumption of fermented foods (yogurt, vinegar, sauerkraut, miso soup, soy sauce, mustard, Brewer's yeast, cheese)

The cheapest way to get B vitamins (I'm told) is to take Brewer's yeast and pound it into a pill and call it B complex tablets. When you eat something baked, you're aware that you're getting yeast with every bit. But who expects there to be yeast in vitamins (B complex, and Selenium supplements), in potato chips, in corn chips, and in a bag of almonds?

We are of the opinion that Candidasis will be the next big liability lawsuit. Once the attorneys are done with tobacco, they will turn their attention to all of the foods that have added yeast and on MILK. Reportedly, the undigested lactose in Milk sits in your intestinal track and serves the over production of yeast. It is our view that Milk should have a warning label on its just as tobacco has. GOT LACTOSE? GOT CANDIDIASIS?, GOT HYPOGLYCEMIA, GOT THRUSH, GOT PMS, GOT VAGINAL YEAST INFECTION?. . With most of the Black population having a lactose intolerance ...why would Blacks do ads for Milk?

Many people who have a lactose intolerance buy the enzyme which is used to digest lactose, i.e. lactase. At least one of the ways to manufacture lactase is to ferment yet another yeast, kluyveromyces lactis . So to fight the yeast candida albicans, people take lactase and get two two yeasts for their trouble. Apparently, it is also possible to create lactase by fermenting a fungus called A. oryzae. One of the warnings for Candidiasis is to avoid fermented foods.

Scott J. Gregory, O.M.D., in his book A Holistic Protocol for The Immune System - A Manual for HIV/ARC/AIDS & Opportunistic Infections - Candidiasis gives the following as recommended in the fight against candidiasis: "Steamed vegetables; vegatble soups and stews; boiled or baked fish (not fired); raw seeds-pumpkin, sunflower (not roasted or salted); raw food such as salads. However, the ingredients should be rinsed thoroughly, using a solution of hydrochoric acid (HCL), or Hydrogen Peroxide, or Chlorine Beach. Distilled water should be used for drinking, rather than tap water or other bottled water; protozoans and bacteria exist in most water."

Live Foods is a book full of recipes for mixing raw foods that taste good, are yeast and sugar free and don't have to be cooked.

If vinegar is bad, and milk is bad, and yogurt is bad, how are you suppose to eat a salad? Live Foods has a great recipe for making a salad dressing without vinegar and without milk (assume that one unit is 1/4 of a cup):

• one unit olive oil or cold pressed oil
• two units of lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons of honey
• 2 tablespoons of tahini
• Liquefy juice, honey and tahini in blender and slowly add oil
• optionally, add 1 green onion and 1 medium tomato, and
• add 1 unit of tomato catup and 1 unit of cocktail sause
• liquefy in blender

A conspiracy to promote Candidiasis (based on what we know about Candidiasis) would:

• First select a group of people who are susceptible to Candidiasis because of some genetic condition, like say a lactose intolerance, and who are unlikely to get proper medical treatment for the condition (either due to poverty or lack of access to medical treatment)
• Create drugs and viruses which weaken the immune system and dump them on this group
• Dump lactose laden and/or sugar laden products on this group to promote the production of yeast (Candidiasis). This would also be a great way to unload surplus government cheese.
• Use public figures which this group admires to promote the consumption of lactose laden and/or sugar laden products
• If possible, isolate this group to keep them from contaminating the population at large or at least keep the at-risk population to other unattractive urban subgroups (like say homosexuals, or IV drug users for example)
• Attribute the symptoms of Candidiasis to mental illness to increase the likelihood that proper medical treatment will not be sought .
• Sit back and watch what happens

Of course no one would actually do medical experiments on human beings, certainly not since the Tuskegee experiments came to light. And who would dump illegal drugs on a community for any reason. While there are retro-viruses which weaken the immune system, there has been no claim that these viruses were manufactured. And instead of being some insidious plot to destroy the Black community by dumping surplus lactose on lactose intolerant Blacks, GOVERNMENT CHEESE , is merely the name of a Nashville Band.

Still "The Candidiasis Conpiracy" would make for a good movie. Everyone loves a good conspiracy theory . In the past the CIA was the evil force behind all the conspiracies. These days the CIA just doesn't stake up as an evil empire. In our movie, Candida Albican would be alien in origin, sent to earth to take over our bodies and our minds. Evidence would be uncovered that would show that the evidence of life in the Mars rocks was in fact fossilized remains of Candida Albicans. Evidence would be uncovered that would show that all of the substances in the brain are found in the gut and that the Candida Albican fungus achieves mind control by taking over the Gut Brain.
